7月28日 感谢终于快要回家了。 一个多月来，好像发生了很多事情，又好像什么都没有发生过。感谢尹丹MM在我困惑的时候听我的抱怨，给我出谋划策。感谢我以前的室友胡海红给我很多帮助和建议。还有YM给我的诸多帮忙。更要感谢我的counselor在fairness上为我作出的努力。还有我的LG。。。我还是很幸运的，在我的周围有很多善良的人  一个朋友告诉我看到公司在downsizing, 那种感觉糟糕透了。另一个朋友诉说自己的事业正遇到瓶颈。虽然不能帮她们解决些什么，能做她们的垃圾桶也是好的。我们每一天都在learn right from wrong. 而这些都是成长不可缺少的过程。很多事情都会好起来的。当时，那些让我们苦恼，让我们觉得非常重要的事情，经历了时间之后，一切都会变得不重要了。 7月17日 Need your supportWe need write letter to Congress to amend the law. The USCIS announced new procedures for adjustment of status application on 6/13/07. Everyone rushed for filings, physical examination... My coworker started singing " Hallelujah....Hallelujah..."
The USCIS realized they made such a huge mistake, anncounced that they stopped receiving any application on 7/2/07. Everyone was pissed off. Then, for the first time, Chinease people and Indian people (
 ) realized that we were on the same boat! An immigration Rally against the amendment to the new immigration law was organized and held in San Diego last Saturday. Eventually, our voice was "heard". Due to the pressure, the government annouced a revised procedues for the adjustment of status application on 7/17/07.

Things will be totally out of control. The bottom line is the employor-sponsored immigration cap does not increase. The whole process will take forever and forever. 7月8日 JulyTime is flying. Now it is July.
Visited old friend in Atlanta. Friends went back to home countries. USCIS released ridiculous laws, then cancelled it out. Watched the beautiful firework at the Washington Memorial on Independence Day.
